Where I've come from and where I'm going!
I am a Architectural Technologist with an deep interest in the efficiency of building envelopes, energy modelling intricacies and the potential of parametric/programatic design in Architecture.
My journey started out growing up in a thriving custom cabinetry shop that showed me the finer points of woodwork and a love for making. The love for making and awareness of new potentials in building efficiency and natural materials led me into my first design-build project. The passion was born and the interest never ends! Multiple other projects on natural/sustainable builds and low energy residences grew from that first project.
The culmination of my experiences deepened with further studies as a Architectural Technologist and Passive House Design. The world is ready for better buildings, lets get building!
When I am not neck deep in material specifications and design details I am usually out with my wife and kids enjoying the views of the Kootenays or bouldering near Arrow Lake.
